Responsible for support and development of all production and customer service departments.

  • Created and implemented a plant scheduling system reducing downtime and improving on time deliveries.
  • Developed management information system improving timely reports to management.

Business Development and Marketing Manager, 2003 – 2004

Responsible for support and development of all marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Created and implemented a 12-month multi-media marketing plan to rebuild Jet’s new brand and its leadership and the commercial paper and plastic card markets including an e-mail marketing program.
  • Increased profits by identifying and targeting profitable customers and markets.
  • Created monthly content and product offerings to clients and prospects resulting in 3% increases in inquiries.
